I tend to hate giving 5 stars for anything I review, but Jen worked with me and my wife the whole way through. She gave my wife rides to some of the properties, and went with us to a dozen properties after knowing we felt we had probably already made up our mind. She was informal when we wanted a  personal answer and formal when we needed help to see through the bureaucracy. She was with us in at least 4 cities looking at houses, and the one we chose meant she met with us out there, at least a 40 minute drive which she made multiple times. She was excited for us as we finished the agreements and closed on the house and wants to hear from us as we prepare the home and see what changes are made.
