Once you have fine tuned your Wish List, I will begin searching the active listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I will send you a compilation of several properties that meet your criteria and will ask that you take a look at them online and determine which you would like to see in person.
Depending who quickly you would like to be in your new home, the MLS emails will be sent to you as frequently as daily with updates arriving any time a new home hits the market that meets your search criteria. Review the properties that are emailed to you as quickly as possible. If there are any that interest you enough to view in person send me a quick text or email with the property address and days/times that you are available.
Once I know you are interested in seeing a property, I will set it up with the listing agent as soon as possible. Remember, most properties require 24 to 48 hours notice for showings so it’s sometimes difficult to be able to see a house or condo the same day. Most properties are available for showings between 9am – 7:30pm during the week and Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 6:30pm. Requests can be made to see the property outside of those hours but it’s up to the individual seller. Also, in a hot market, great properties sell same day in some cases so it’s important to be as flexible as possible with your showing availability.
